Bludit

Bludit is a lightweight, flat-file blogging and content management system that lets you create and manage websites without needing a database.

It’s easy to use, quick and perfect for blogs, personal sites and small projects.

I used to use this for my website, but I found the support and documentation a bit lacking. Also, for what I was using it for, it was probably a bit much. I have since switched to Pure Blog, which is so simple and easy to use.
