Backrest (for Restic)

Backrest for Restic is a web-based management interface that makes working with Restic backups much more approachable and easy to deal with.

Instead of relying entirely on the command line, it gives you a clean dashboard for configuring backup jobs, checking backup status, reviewing history, and handling restores with less friction.

It is especially useful for people who like Restic’s reliability and efficiency but want a more convenient, visual way to manage their backup workflow. As a real "non-tech" type recommend this tool.

I also have this tool installed on my laptop and back up using a VPN connection to an SFTP server at home. Very useful
